N' Sew On Custom Embroidery is owned and operated by Tina Hannigan. Formed in 1998 in her home, Tina first supplied her products to local shops, schools, and community charity organizations. Discovering that her products were becoming ever increasingly popular, she opened a store on South Park Road in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. For 5 years the business expanded with sales of embroidered apparel and related accessories to include corporations, schools, sports organizations, and many individuals. In the Spring of 2007, N' Sew On Custom Embroidery embarked on a new course and closed its doors. The business now exclusively operates via the Internet.

N' Sew On Custom Embroidery provides personalized, high quality custom embroidery on all types of apparel and accessories for business, sports and casual wear. All embroidery is done in-house to insure confidentiality, prompt service, and most importantly - quality. 

OUR PROCESS - The embroidery and/or applique process starts with the selection of Graphic Design/Logo/Lettering to be embroidered on the product. Stock designs from companies such as Dakota and Oklahoma Embroidery Supply are available as are unique custom digitized designs. N' Sew On utilizes the services of a digitizer with a history of producing beautiful, accurate and efficient designs. Custom digitized designs cost between $20 - $150 depending on the complexity. Individual lettering can be added in-house with over 100 different lettering fonts available. N' Sew On works closely with the client to determine the proper layout and color selections. After client approval, production begins utilizing state of the art computerized embroidery equipment.

SPECIALIZED PROCESS - N' Sew On offers heat press transfers on flat items for simple and complex designs providing greater economy. The design graphic is applied directly to the product you have chosen with the "Hot One" heat press machine. Also available is tackle twill lettering for jacket backs and sports team shirts.
